The Western Culinary Institute (WCI), located on the outskirts of colorful, bustling downtown Portland, contains about 40,000 square feet of facility space.  This includes the annex located one-half block from the main facility, an adjoining lecture classroom, a Satellite Location (CA-101 Classroom) at 35 NW 20th Place and the Admissions/Financial Aid Offices at 1201 SW 12th Avenue, Ste. 100. Included on campus are 6 lecture classrooms with audio-visual equipment, 10 kitchen classrooms with appropriate kitchen equipment, 2 student lounge/rest areas, resource center, computer lab and administrative/faculty offices.

WCI operates three student-run restaurants: Chef's Corner, Chef's Diner, and a classical, formal dining room.  All restaurants are open to the public. Chef's Corner and Chef's Diner are casual lunch and breakfast spots, popular with the downtown lunchtime crowd. The dining room features multi-course lunches and dinners. It attracts diners looking for a more formal, gourmet dinner experience. These restaurants are an excellent opportunity for students to practice all assets of their education, and to impress customers with their professionalism.

Western Culinary Institute's newest addition opened in the spring of 2001.  It is an 11,000 square foot facility located three blocks from the main campus in Goose Hollow. The Goose Hollow Building houses the new Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant Management program, along with providing additional space for culinary arts students. The facility includes three kitchen labs, two computer labs, a wine studies lab, a lecture classroom and a student lounge area. The most exciting feature of the new building is the International Bistro. This 100-seat, full-service restaurant and bar brings together culinary arts and restaurant management students, creating a dynamic synergy in a real working environment. The Goose Hollow Building is truly unique, combination retail and learning environment.
