The Culinary Institute has been an independent training center since 1991.
Our team relies on the skills of trainers consultants from the catering trades in collaboration with our quality engineers, dieticians and CARSAT prevention facilitator. We favor training with a field approach that allows the trainer to adapt his teaching approach to the situation of your teams.

This center dedicated to the arts of cooking brings its professional expertise through 40 themes for catering professionals and spaces welcoming from 6 to 100 people:

1 professional kitchen to practice culinary practices (cooking, pastry, medico-social issues …)
1 oenology room to discover the tasting and the wine service
1 kitchen suitable for amateurs with courses for adults and young people to learn or improve: pastry, food & wine pairing, dietetics …
3 high-tech and modular training rooms for theoretical training (food safety, nutrition, management, management …).
Educational day, seminars, product demonstrations, company conventions, culinary workshops … our spaces also allow to organize a personalized event combining informative content with a moment of gourmet relaxation.
